Key Persons Brian Bredensteiner, CPA Managing Partner   Brian has been the President of Bredensteiner and Associates since it's founding in 2004.  Prior to that, Brian was a Principal at Huber, Ring, Helm & Co., P.C. since 2000.  He is a Certified Public Accountant, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Auditor® and is licensed to practice as a CPA in the State of Missouri.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Brian graduated from the University of Missouri in St. Louis. His community involvement is extensive evidenced by his current participation with St. Charles County Master Plan 2010 and 2015 as a Committee Member; US Bank, Board of Directors Member; Cuivre River Electric Roundup, Board Member; Ministry to Men, Board Member; Board Member for the Mike Bush National Fantasy Baseball Camp for the Hearing Impaired; Executive Board Member for the United Services for the Handicapped; and Chairman for the St. Charles Businessmen's Prayer Breakfast.   In addition to many other boards that Brian has served in the past, he received the Business Saint Charles Magazine's "Forty Professionals Under Forty" for 2001 recognition award.  Recently Brian was appointed as the 2006 Tri-County Division Campaign Chair for the United Way.         David G. Sandfort, CPA Senior Manager   Dave is the most senior accountant at Bredensteiner & Associates having practiced in Missouri since 1964. Having graduated with an accounting degree from Sanford-Brown Business College, Dave started his public accounting career with Wieck, Pauling and Company in 1964 and became a full partner with Wieck, Pauling & Sandfort in 1978.  In 1987, his firm merged with Huber, Ring and Company which in 1993 became known as Huber, Ring, Helm & CO., PC.  Dave joined his son-in-law, Brian Bredensteiner in 2004 forming Bredensteiner & Associates and was a major factor in building the extensive customer base of Bredensteiner & Associates.  Dave has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA).  He is active in the community and is currently serving as Treasurer for the St. Peters Kiwanis, Treasurer for the St. Charles Community College Foundation, Treasurer for the St. Charles School District Foundation, and is on the St. Charles County Fair Board.
